PLEASE NOTE:
In order to ensure your food arrives in good condition and to assure economical shipping, we do not ship any goods over the weekend. It is not possible for shipments to arrive on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. If the program indicates your shipment will arrive on a Saturday or Monday, please expect that it will arrive the following Tuesday (Ground) or Wednesday (Two-Day). You will always get a telephone call to confirm your order has been shipped.
Everybody Eats does not put signature requirements on shipped packages. When recipients are not home to accept a package, UPS leaves it at the driver’s discretion. If UPS chooses not to deliver because the customer is not at home or because an invalid address has been given by the customer, Everybody Eats can not be responsible.
Complaints must be received by our office within two days of arrival of goods.
Refunds are in goods only. No cash refunds.
